Your Care Plan, in person. Before you leave, we talk through how often to come in, the checkpoints we’ll use and when visits start to space out.
History and first treatment. We talk through your symptoms, what you’ve tried, sleep, digestion and stress. Then you get your first treatment in a private, quiet room.

Before you come in
What to bring
Loose, comfortable clothing you can roll up past your knees and elbows. A list of your medications and supplements. Any recent lab work you want me to see. Eat a light meal one to two hours before.
